At Intentional Health, Dr. Khama Ennis uses a Lifestyle Medicine and Integrative approach to provide holistic care and improve your health. We have to go back to the basics. Our healthcare system assumes that we are all living as healthfully as we can or are willing to, when in fact, many of us are not. Over 80% of chronic medical conditions are a result of how we live our lives. Our lifestyles may be harming us in ways we don’t realize. Let’s work together to improve your wellness. We’ll use the foundations of lifestyle medicine while calling on centuries old healing methods as well as conventional Western medicine.

Initial Impressions

One 60 Minute Session

An extensive review of your health goals, medical history & current concerns. You’ll receive a written plan for self-driven changes.

This includes portal follow-up for one month. After that, choose a package below or simply make a one off appointment when you want to check in.

*This first visit is required for all new patients unless you only want ketogenic coaching.

Chart Review/Second Opinion

I’ll review your health history and any documents you provide. We’ll meet for 60 minutes so that I understand your concerns and I’ll provide you with a written summary.

*Larger than standard volumes of documents to review may incur additional costs.

Intensive Habit Setting: Monthly follow up visits to review progress & revise the plan.

Moving Right Along: Bimonthly follow up visits to review progress & revise the plan.

Slow & Steady: Quarterly follow up visits to review progress & revise the plan.

Ongoing Care: Annual follow up visits to review progress & revise the plan as needed.

Personalized Ketogenic Coaching

The science shows that nutritional ketosis can improve a wide range of metabolic conditions. This ranges from diabetes, to obesity, to thyroid illness, mental illness and beyond. I'll learn about your nutritional preferences and we'll go from there. We’ll focus our work on helping you implement a healthy approach to ketosis that you can sustain for the long term starting with an initial 30 minute visit, monthly 15 minute checkins and ongoing support through the portal.
